About Apex Property Management
Our Owners
Bobby Trueblood – Co-Owner/Property Manager
Bobby has 5 years of commercial property management experience plus an additional 5 years of commercial property maintenance expertise. Born and raised in the Mat-Su Valley, Robert has an exceptional handyman background after many home remodel projects for his family.
Andrew Faiks – Co-Owner/Property Manager/Broker
Andrew has 14 years of commercial property management experience and a dual major bachelor’s degree in Real Estate and Finance from Florida State University. He was also born and raised in the Mat-Su Valley and lives in Wasilla on a family horse ranch.
Chandelle Body – Co-Owner/Controller
Chandelle has 16 years of accounting experience and 6+ years of handling and overseeing property management financials, from start to CPA. She takes pride in clean books and in an organized, communicative office. Originally from Seattle, Chandelle has called Anchorage home since 2019.
